Most of our daily-wear collections are water-resistant and anti-tarnish. However, to maintain the brilliance of gold-plated pieces, we recommend avoiding direct contact with perfumes and harsh chemicals.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 6-month warranty on manufacturing defects and plating for specific collections. Please refer to the product description for individual warranty details.
