Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the jewellery is in its original, unworn condition with all security tags and luxury packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will schedule a secure reverse pickup from your doorstep through our trusted logistics partners at no additional cost.

  Refund Processing

  After our artisans verify the returned piece, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
